The Clear Lake Media Center renovation is part of a successful $18 Million bond vote along with other projects like the Wellness Center will function as a joint-use facility for both the school district and the community.

The renovation of the media center was focused on updating the dated area to provide a more open concept, comfortable seating, and appeal to students. This included removing adjacent hallway walls to provide a commons feel and require the student body to walk through the media center. It also incorporated a glass-enclosed study room and elevated study deck.
