As the Gold-Eagle Cooperative continues to grow and the need for additional vehicle maintenance and tire storage grows. This pre-engineered 16,000 sq. ft. facility includes 5 bays, a mezzanine for parts and tire storage, an oil containment pit, restrooms, break room, and an office. The owner wanted to use cost-effective materials in a way that made the storage facility stand out and provide a modern aesthetic in the Eagle Grove commercial area. This maintenance shop will be a hub for the entire Gold-Eagle truck fleet to be serviced. Currently, the fleet has more than 350 vehicles.
