ATURA was hired to renovate an existing retail building to create a new retail outlet store for the Salvation Army in Mason City, IA. The newly renovated 12,800 s.f. facility includes a new port cochere addition, dressing room, retail floor, sorting room, intake area, prep room, break room, and two public restrooms. This project also included the construction of a new 1,400 s.f. storage building on site.
