ATURA was hired to transform an old Mexican restaurant into a state-of-the-art medical facility. The new 3,800 s.f. clinic includes 8 exam rooms, a procedure room, radiology, an associated nurses’ station, and lab space to serve Clear Lake and surrounding communities. Patient comfort was prioritized as the layout maximizes flow and efficiency.
